We ship our products through reliable shipping partners in your area to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Shipping Options
Collect from Store
Free collection from our store. No shipping charges apply.
Standard Shipping
Orders with standard shipping are dispatched within a week and expected delivery within 4-5 business days.
Fast Shipping
Orders with fast shipping are dispatched within 1-2 business days and expected delivery within 2-3 business days.
Dispatch Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be dispatched in next 1-2 business days.
- Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed on Saturday (anytime) and Sunday (before 5pm) will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on Sunday after 5pm will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
- The estimated delivery timeframe begins from the dispatch date, not the order date.
- Guaranteed delivery times apply only to premium delivery services.

If your cart contains both in-stock and preorder items, you choose how they ship at checkout.
Ship separately
Arrives sooner- In-stock items ship right away with your chosen shipping method.
- Preorder items ship once they are in stock.
- You choose a shipping method for each, and pay shipping for each.
- Free shipping is evaluated independently for each, based on its own subtotal.
Ship together
Pay shipping once- Everything ships as one shipment when your preorder is in stock, so you pay shipping once.
- Your in-stock items wait and travel with your preorder, so they will not arrive before it.
- Available with Standard shipping or Collect from Store. Faster methods do not apply, because the shipment leaves once your preorder is in stock.
- Free shipping is evaluated on the combined subtotal of both.
Order Tracking
For most shipped items, you will be able to track your parcel. If your order is trackable, the tracking ID of your parcel will be available at the Track Order page.
Lost/Damaged/Returned Parcels
Important Notice
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned to us for incorrect or incomplete address reason, we will contact you using the information provided in your order to arrange reshipping. Please note that reshipping will incur additional charges.
- If we do not receive a response within 7 days of contacting you, the product will be returned to our stock and no refund will be issued.
Our Commitment
If a parcel is lost due to an error on our part or by our shipping partners, we will reship your item at no additional cost (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
