Exchange Policy

At Veuxo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer two types of exchanges: Size Exchange (exchanging the same product for a different size) and Product Exchange (exchanging a product you received for a new product). All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchanges
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging or packed appropriately for return
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • An unpacking video is required for return approval
Exchange Types
Size Exchange

Exchange the same product for a different size. You can initiate a size exchange in two ways:

  • Initiate through our website at our exchange order page
  • Contact us directly and we will help you initiate the exchange
Process:
  1. Initiate your exchange and await approval before shipping
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging
  3. Include Order ID and Email Address in the package
  4. Ship to our return address (return shipping paid by customer)
  5. New item shipped within 5-7 business days after inspection

Shipping Charges: Size exchanges will have additional shipping charges for the new item being sent to you. Return shipping to us is also paid by the customer.

Product Exchange

Exchange a product you received for a completely new product. For product exchanges, you must contact us first, and we will initiate the return process for you.

Process:
  1. Contact us to initiate the product exchange
  2. Return the received product to us within 7 days
  3. Place a new order for the product you want
  4. Exchange product ships when new order is received
  5. Full refund initiated when returned product is received

Important: You must contact us first before initiating a product exchange. We will process the return of your current order.
