Our Shipping Partners

We ship our products through reliable shipping partners in your area to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Options

Collect from Store

Free collection from our store. No shipping charges apply.

Standard Shipping

Orders with standard shipping are dispatched within a week and expected delivery within 4-5 business days.

Fast Shipping

Orders with fast shipping are dispatched within 1-2 business days and expected delivery within 2-3 business days.

Dispatch Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be dispatched in next 1-2 business days.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed on Saturday (anytime) and Sunday (before 5pm) will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on Sunday after 5pm will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Next Day Delivery

Your order will be shipped via a premium next day courier service with guaranteed delivery the next business day after dispatch.

Dispatch Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Delivery is expected the day after dispatch.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed on Saturday (anytime) and Sunday (before 5pm) will be dispatched on Monday, with delivery expected on Tuesday. Orders placed on Sunday after 5pm will be dispatched on Tuesday, with delivery expected on Wednesday.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
  • The estimated delivery timeframe begins from the dispatch date, not the order date.
  • Guaranteed delivery times apply only to premium delivery services.

Orders with Preorder Items

If your cart contains both in-stock and preorder items, they will be processed as two separate orders at checkout:

  • In-stock items ship right away with your chosen shipping method.
  • Preorder items ship once they are in stock.
  • You choose a shipping method for each order type separately and pay once.
  • Free shipping eligibility is evaluated independently for each order based on its own subtotal.

Order Tracking

For most shipped items, you will be able to track your parcel. If your order is trackable, the tracking ID of your parcel will be available at the Track Order page.

Lost/Damaged/Returned Parcels

Important Notice

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a parcel is returned to us for incorrect or incomplete address reason, we will contact you using the information provided in your order to arrange reshipping. Please note that reshipping will incur additional charges.
  • If we do not receive a response within 7 days of contacting you, the product will be returned to our stock and no refund will be issued.

Our Commitment

If a parcel is lost due to an error on our part or by our shipping partners, we will reship your item at no additional cost (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
