Our Exchange Policy

At Veuxo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 7 days of delivery for a size exchange. No return and refunds are available.

Eligibility for Exchanges
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging or packed appropriately for return
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • An unpacking video is required for return approval
Shipping for Exchanges
  • Size Exchange: Return shipping to us is paid by the customer
  • Damaged Items: The shipping fee paid by the customer will be compensated by us
How to Exchange
  1. Initiate your exchange through our website and await for approval before shipping your exchange. Click here to start your exchange
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging or a suitable return packaging
  3. Please include a printed receipt or clearly handwritten note inside your exchange package with your Order ID and Email Address. If handwriting, ensure the information is legible—illegible or missing details may delay the processing of your exchange
  4. Ship the package to our return address
Exchange Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your size exchange within 5-7 business days. The new item will be shipped to your address.
